Return and Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged/defective product (excluding incorrect usage or human damage), a product with quality issues, a missing or incorrectly delivered product, etc., you can apply for an exchange. Please submit a written application within 7 days of the receipt date by email (please email to: email@example.com) with the subject "Product Exchange Application" and provide the relevant order number, details of the product(name and photos). We will contact you and follow up based on the information provided. Only one exchange is allowed, and no refund will be provided. If the goods are not exchanged according to the instructions and procedures, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
1.All goods are non-refundable once they are sold.
2.Please ensure that the product and packaging are intact; otherwise, we will not accept the exchange.
3.Only one exchange service is provided per order.
4.Customers choosing to arrange third-party logistics for related returns and exchanges must pay the shipment fee themselves.
