Initially co-founded by Hong Kong audiologist Mr. Kam Ping Kay and the world-renowned hearing aid manufacturer Phonak from Switzerland, it is an organization dedicated to serving hospitals, rehabilitation centers for children with hearing impairments, schools, and individuals with hearing loss across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau. For over 30 years, Mr. Kam Ping Kay and the Phonak Hong Kong team have adhered to the mission of 'Doing our utmost to serve people; professional dedication to benefit the hearing impaired.'
