After placing an order, please upload the payment receipt within three days to "Payment and Upload Details." Otherwise, the transfer will be considered void.

Delivery Method: (Free shipping for orders over HK$600.00)

  2. Pickup at OK convenience store (via SF Express)
  3. Pickup at SF Service Centers
  4. Pickup at SF Stores
  5. Pickup at 7-11 convenience store (via SF Express)
  6. Pickup at EF Locker
  7. In-store pickup at Phonak Hearing Centre (Tsim Sha Tsui) Office hour: Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 (13:30-14:30 lunch break)

Delivery Time:

After successful payment confirmation, standard orders take 1-2 working days to process and ship, subject to availability.

Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the shipping address within 2-3 working days. Orders from remote areas in Hong Kong may take an additional 3-4 working days to arrive.

Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

After the goods are shipped, a waybill number will be provided. If necessary, please contact SF Express to track the shipment   directly .

If you need to change the shipping address after the goods are shipped, please contact SF Express directly for arrangements. Any resulting additional fees must be paid by the customer.

If the customer is unable to receive the goods for personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly to make arrangements.

If delivery attempts fail repeatedly, your order may be cancelled, and no refund will be given by the company.
