Several consumers who purchased from unauthorized dealers are dissatisfied with their products, resulting in the need for them to have their hearing screening and hearing aid tuning redone at our center. As a result, these consumers may have incurred higher costs than purchasing directly from our center. Additionally, we have also encountered consumers who purchased from unauthorized dealers seeking repair and technical support from us.
To protect the rights and interests of our customers, we hereby declare that Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong holds the exclusive agency authorization issued by Sonova Group. If consumers purchase gray market products through non-authorized channels, our company will be unable to provide repair and tuning services. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers purchase genuine products from authorized dealers to ensure product quality and service reliability.

Exclusive agency authorization letter issued by Sonova Group
Sonova Group has authorized Phonak Hong Kong to be the exclusive agent for a variety of Phonak hearing aids, including but not limited to: Audeo Lumity, Audeo Paradise, Audeo Marvel, Naida Paradise, Naida Marvel, Virto Paradise, Virto Marvel, Bolero Marvel, CROS Paradise, and ROGER system.
